BIR, DOF pumayag na palawigin hanggang May 15 ang tax deadline

Pumayag ang Department of Finance (DOF) at ang Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) na palawigin ang deadline sa pagbabayad ng buwis.

Ayon kay Senator Bong Go, pumayag ang BIR at DOF na gawing May 15 ang deadline kasunod na rin ng pag-iral ng enhanced community lockdown sa Luzon.

Sinabi ni Go na maglalabas ng guidelines tungkol dito ang mga concerned agency.

Naunang itinakda ang deadline sa April 15, 2020.
