Ito ang pahayag ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC) kaugnay sa kumakalat na e-mail na mamimigay umano sila ng libreng face mamsks at hand sanitizers sa publiko.

Ang e-mail ay humihingi ng personal na impormasyon katulad ng pangalan, address at contact number.

Pinapayuhan ng PRC na huwag magbigay ng mga personal na impormasyon dahil posibleng modus operandi lamang ito.

Hinihikayat din ang publiko na i-report ang mga katulad na gawain kung saan iligal na ginagamit ang pangalan ng ahensya.
