Hiwalay na naghihimas ng rehas ngayon ang magkaibigan matapos arestuhin dahil sa pagbebenta sa sobra-sobrang mataas na presyo ng thermal scanners sa Pasig City.
Kinilala ang dalawang naaresto na sina Sofia Loren, 27-anyos, at Melvin Loto, 37-anyos, kapwa residente ng Tawiran Street Barangay Santolan sa Pasig City.
Inaresto ang dalawa sa pamamagitan ng entrapment operation sa loob ng isang kilalang fast food store sa Barangay San Nicolas 5:10 ng hapon ng Lunes, March 16.
Nakuha sa kanila ang 10 units ng thermal scanner at ang P50,000 boodle money na ginamit sa operasyon.
Mahaharap sila sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 7394 o ang Consumer Act.
