“Effective immediately: ang enhanced community quarantine sa Luzon.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, hahayaan naman ng pamahalaan na makauwi pa sa kani-kanilang tahanan ang mga manggagawa.
Tiniyak naman ni Panelo na sapat ang magiging suplay ng pagkain sa Luzon.
Nasa Metro Manila local government units na aniya ang pamamahala sa pag-deliver ng pagkain sa mga tahanan.
Bukas aniya ang mga supermarket at palengke.
Sarado naman ang mga bangko pero bukas ang mga ATM.
Suspendido rin ang trabaho sa buong Luzon.
Sa ilalim ng enhanced community quarantine, mahigpit na ipatutupad ang home quarantine.
“No movement and no transportation except only for frontline health workers, authorized government officials, medical or humanitarian reasons as well as transport of basic services and necessities,” dagdag ni Panelo.
