Ayon kay Transportation Assistant Secretary Goddes Libiran, base ito sa COVID-19 test kay Tugade.
Bagamat negatibo sa pagsusuri, susundin pa rin ni Tugade ang precautionary measure na itinakda ng Department of Health (DOH).
Ito ay ang home quaranine sa loob ng 14 na araw
Nagkaroon ng encounter si Tugade sa isang pasyente na nag-positubo sa COVID-19.
Bagamat naka-quarantine, tiniyak ni Tugade na tuloy pa rin ang kanyang trabaho dahil matibay ang mga Filipino.
Bagamat matibay din aniya ang COVID-19, hindi ito sapat para pabagsakin ang Pilipinas dahil mabuti ang Panginoong Diyos.
“Matibay ang Pilipino. Tuloy ang trabaho. COVID-19 may be strong, but it will never be strong enough to bring this country, and the hearts of the Filipinos down. GOD IS GOOD,” pahayag ni Tugade.
