Domestic flights mula at patungong NAIA kinansela na ng Air Asia
Kinansela na ng Air Asia ang lahat ng domestic flights nito sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
Sa abiso ng Air Asia, bilang pagtalima sa travel restrictions na ipatutupad ng pamahalaan, kanselado na ang lahat ng kanilang domestic flights mula at patungo ng NAIA mula March 15 hanggang April 14, 2020.
“In compliance with the Philippine government’s directive imposing travel restrictions due to the current public health situation, AirAsia is cancelling its domestic flights to/from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila from 15 March to 14 April 2020,” ayon sa Air Asia.
Ipatutpad ng AirAsia ang sumusunod na alituntunin para sa mga pasahero nilang maaapektuhan:
1. Move flight: One-time flight change sa panibagong travel date pero sa parehong ruta sa loob ng 90 calendar days mula sa original flight date (walang sisingiling additional cost)
2. Credit account: Panatilihin lamang ang halaga ng ibinayad sa ticket AirAsia BIG Loyalty account para sa future travel.
3. Full refund: Humiling ng full refund mula sa Air Asia.
