Inirekomenda ni Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Alfredo Garbin na gumamit muna ng teknolohiya ang lahat sa mga transaksyon upang mabawasan ang epekto ng COVID-19 sa ekonomiya ng bansa.
Ayon kay Garbin, mag-electronic transactions, online payments, mobile apps, at cyberspace video communications sa mga trabaho at iba pang mga transaksyon.
Ang counter measures na ito ay titiyak na mapoprotektahan ang peso purchasing power, GDP targets at trabaho ng mga Filipino.
Inaasahan na nasa isang porsyento ang magiging epekto ng COVID-19 sa gross domestic product ng bansa hindi pa kasama dito ang epekto ng natural calamities na tumama at posibleng mararanasan ng bansa.
Mainam aniya na gumamit ng teknolohiya upang maiwasan ang person-to-person contact bilang pag-iingat sa nakakahawang sakit.
