PAL nag-abiso ng rebooking at refund process sa mga pasahero sa gitna ng community quarantine sa Metro Manila

Sinimulan na ng Philippine Airlines ang pagtanggap ng rebooking at refund process para sa mga pasaherong maaapektuhan ng community quarantine sa Metro Manila.

Ayon sa PAL, dahil kinansela ng pamahalaan ang lahat ng domestic air travel mula at patungong Metro Manila simula sa March 15 hanggang April 14 ang mga apektadong pasahero ay maari nang magpareboook ng kanilang flights at pwede rin silang magpa-refund.

Mayroon sumusunod na options ang mga pasahero:

1. ipa-rebook ang kanilang flight nang walang babayarang rebooking fees
2. humiling ng refund sa ibinayad nila sa ticket nang walang babayarang refund fees
3. Reroute ng kanilang ticket na may parehong fare class at fare difference rules

Tiniyak ng PAL na tutugon ito sa lahat ng alituntunin at patuloy na makikipag-ugnayan sa pamahalaan.
