Nais ni San Jose del Monte City Rep. Rida Robes na huwag munang magsagawa ng graduation rites.

Paliwanag ng mambabatas, layon nitong matiyak na hindi magkakahawahan ang mga estudyante ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

Iminungkahi naman ni Mayor Arthur Robes na pagbigyang makapag-exam ang mga estudyante ngunit agad ding papauwiin pagkatapos nito.
