442 na repatriates mula MV Diamond Princess nakatapos na ng quarantine

Nakauwi na ang 442 mula sa 445 na mga Pinoy na inilikas sa MV Diamond Princess sa Japan at isinailalim sa sa quarantine sa New Clark City sa Capas, Tarlac.

Kahapon March 11 natapos ang 14 na araw na quarantine period ng mga Pinoy.

Nagsagawa ng send off ceremony ang Department of Health (DOH) at Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) sa NCC.

Sa 445 na repatriates mayroong dalawa na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 at kapwa nagpapagaling sa Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital. Habang mayroon pang isa na nakitaan din ng sintomas ng flu at nagpapagaling pa.

Ayon kay Health Sec. Francisco Duque III ang mga nagkaroon ng close contact sa dalawang pasyetne ay pinapayuhan na manatili lang muna sa kanilang mga tahanan at obserbahan ang sarili.
