WATCH: Localized declaration ng state of emergency

Inihirit ni Sen. Francis Tolentino na dapat hayaan na ring magdeklara ang mga lokal na pamahalaan ng state of emergency.
Ito ay kasunod ng patuloy na pagdami ng kaso ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) sa bansa.
Ayon sa senador, sa ganitong paraan, agad makakatulong ang lokal na pamahalaan.
