Bangkay ng lalaki, nakitang palutang-lutang sa dagat sa Negros Occidental
Natagpuang palutang-lutang ang isang bangkay ng lalaki sa karagatang sakop ng Negros Occidental, Martes ng gabi.
Nakita ng mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Sub-Station sa Sipalay ang bangkay ng biktima sa bahagi ng Barangay 2, Sipalay City.
Ang biktima ay 60 taong gulang at may taas na 5’2’’.
Nakita ang biktima na nakasuot ng pulang shorts, pulang t-shirt at kulay berde na jacket.
“Investigation revealed that the victim was mentally impaired and was frequently seen in a nearby bus terminal all by himself before his sudden demise,” ayon pa sa PCG.
