Cagbalete Island at iba pang tourist sites sa Mauban, Quezon pansamantalang isinara sa publiko
Isinara muna sa publiko ang Cagbalete Island sa bayan ng Mauban sa lalawigan ng Quezon.
Ito ay kasunod ng deklarasyon ng State of Public Health Emergency ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte dahil sa COVID-19.
Maliban sa Cagbalete Island ay sarado na rin muna sa publiko ang iba pang tourist sites sa Mauban base sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
Tatagal ang closure hanggang sa March 23, 2020.
Inatasan na rin ang MDRRMC at Municipal Tourism Office na sabihan ang mga business at resort owners hinggil sa temporary closure.
Pinatitiyak din sa mga resort owners na magpapatupad sila ng rebooking sa mga kliyenteng may petsa na nang pagbisita sa isla.
