Isa sa sampung nag-positibo sa COVID-19 sa Pilipinas residente ng Marikina
Ayon sa Markina City Public Information Office, kinumpirma ni Mayor Marcy Teodoro na isang 86- anyos na kamakailan ay bumiyahe sa South Korea ang positibo sa COVID-19.
Una nang sinabi ng DOH na ang pang-siyam na kaso ng COVID-19 sa Pilipinas ay isang 86 anyos na lalaking American national na mayroong pre-existing hypertension at may history ng pagbiyahe sa USA at South Korea.
Bago ang kumpirmasyon, iniutos na ni Teodoro simula kahapon ang paglilinis sa mga paaralan.
Nagsasagawa na rin ng malawakang disinfection activities sa mga matataong lugar tulad ng palengke, mga parke, public terminals, public toilets, at iba pang public structures sa lungsod.
