Cascolan magsisilbing OIC sa PNP habang nagpapagaling si Gamboa
Si Lt. Gen. Camilo Cascolan na deputy chief for administration ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang magsisilbing officer-in-charge ng PNP habang nagpapagaling si PNP chief Gen. Archie Gamboa.
Utos ito ni Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año.
Ayon kay Año, habang wala pa sa full duty status si Gamboa, ay si Cascolan muna ang mamamahala sa PNP.
Bilang deputy chief for administration si Cascolan ang second-in-command sa police force kasunod ni Gamboa.
Samantala, ayon naman Gamboa, maayos ang kaniyang kalagayan at kakayanin na niyang makabalik sa trabaho sa Lunes.
Maliban kay Gamboa sakay din ng bumagsak na helicopter sa Laguna sina Maj. Gen. Mariel Magaway, PNP Director for Intelligence; Maj. Gen. Jose Maria Ramos, Director for Comptrollership; Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac, PNP spokesperson; piloto na si Lt. Col. Ruel Zalatar; co-pilot na si Lt. Col. Rico Macawili; Senior Master Sergeant Louie Estona, na crew ng helicopter; at si Capt. Keventh Gayramara, na aide ni Gamboa.
