WATCH: Grupo ng mga tricycle driver, humihingi ng paliwanag sa DILG
Naghain ng petisyon ang grupo ng mga tricycle driver para kuwestiyunin ang kautusan ng DILG na i-ban ang mga tricycle sa national highways sa buong bansa.
Ayon kay Lawyers for Commuters Safety and Protection (LCSP) lawyer Maridelle Ramos, direktang tatamaan ng direktiba ang mga mananakay na nasa liblib na lugar at kabuhayan ng mga tricycle driver.
Magkasamang naghain ng petisyon ang National Public Transport Coalition at National Confederation of Tricycle and Transport Operators and Drivers Association of the Philippines (NACTODAP) sa Quezon City Regional Trial Court.
