Sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Public Order, inihayag ni Rene Villapando ang kaniyang saloobin sa pagpanaw ng anak matapos maararo ng isang pampasaherong jeep sa Makati City noong February 12.
Giit nito, dapat nang baguhin ang sistema ng pagbibigay ng lisensiya.
