Quarry company sa Rizal ipasasara ng DENR matapos sakupin ang bahagi ng isang eco-tourism park

Nakatakdang ipasara ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ang isang quarry company bayan ng Baras sa lalawigan ng Rizal.

Ito ay matapos matuklasang sinakop nito ang bahagi ng isang eco-tourism park na Masungi Geopark.

Personal pang binisita ni Environment Sec. Roy Cimatu ang lugar para tignan ang mga ulat laban sa Rapid City Realty and Development Corporation.

Ayon kay Cimatu, nilagyan ng bakod ng kumpanya at nasakop ang bahagi ng Masungi Geopark.

Kaugnay nito inatasan na ni Cimatu ang Rizal Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office na magtayo ng sattelite office sa Masungi para mabantayan ito ng husto.

Ani Cimatu, ipasasara ng DENR ang kumpanya at kakanselahin ang permit to quarry nito.
