Intel ni Gordon sa mga Chinese spy na nagpapanggap na POGO workers, dapat na ibahagi – Palasyo
Hinihimok ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang si Senador Richard Gordon na magbahagi ng impormasyon kaugnay sa alegasyon nito na ginagamit ng China ang Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) para sa kanilang intelligence gathering.
Sa pahayag ni Gordon, sinabi nito na maaring nakapasok na ng People’s Liberation Army ng China ang POGO industry matapos makitaan ng identification card ang dalawang Chinese na nagbarilan sa Makati City noong nakaraang linggo.
Bukod dito, nagpapasok din aniya ng pera ang mga Chinese at posibleng pumasok na sa money laundering.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, sa ngayon, iniimbestigahan na ito ng mga awtoridad.
“If the good senator has information on that, I think they should provide us with intelligence reports so that we can pursue their line of belief on that matter,” ani Panelo.
Hindi aniya kinukunsinti ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang anumang uri ng paglabag ng Chinese sa mga Immigration law.
“That goes without saying because as the President says, any violation of any Immigration Law or any law of this country will be… will not be countenanced,” dagdag pa nito.
Ayon kay Panelo, maghihigpit na ang mga awtoridad sa pagpapatupad ng batas sa mga isyu na bumabalot sa POGO industry.
