Sa earthquake information number 2 ng Phivolcs ang sentro ng pagyanig ay sa 8 kilometers southeast ng Leyte, Leyte.
Alas 5:19 ng umaga ng Lunes (March 2) ito tumama at may lalim na 9 kilometers.
