Ininspeksyon ng Department of Information and Technology (DICT) ang isa sa pinagtayuan ng cell site ng DITO Telecommunity sa Quezon City.

Pinangunahan ni DICT Sec. Gregorio Honasan ang inspeksyon sa San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City.

Ang cell site sa San Francisco Del Monte ang ikatlong cell site ng DITO sa lungsod.

Ito ang unang pagkakataon na lumitaw nagkaroon ng public appearance si Honasan matapos ang kontrobersiya hinggil sa confidential funds ng DICT.
