Mt. Pulag, pansamantalang isinara matapos ang forest fire sa Benguet

Pansamantalang isinara ang Mount Pulag matapos ang nangyaring sunog sa gubat na bahagi sa Kabayan, Benguet province.
Ayon kay Kabayan Mayor Faustino Aquisan, isinara ito kasunod na rin ng rekomendasyon ng Mt. Pulag Guides Association.
Sinabi naman ni Mt. Pulag National Park supervisor Emerita Albas na isinara na rin ang Akiki Trail simula noong araw ng Linggo, February 23, kasunod ng forest fire.
Umabot sa 643 hectares ng grassland at pine forests ang napinsala bunsod ng sunog.
