Inaresto na ng pulisya ang Chinese national na dumura sa loob ng isang fast food restaurant sa Lungsod ng Maynila.
Nag-viral ang video ng suspek na si Jinxiong Cai, 35-anyos na mula sa mainland China, matapos mag-eskandalo at dumura sa isang fast food restaurant sa bahagi ng Masangkay.
Sinabi ng Manila Public Information Office na inaresto na ng Manila Police District Special Mayor’s Reaction Team (MPD SMaRT) ang suspek.
Kasong grave scandal, unjust vexation, at malicious mischief sa ilalim ng Revised Penal Code ang nilabag ni Jinxiong.
