Sinira ang mahigit P1 milyong halaga ng marijuana sa Toledo City, Cebu Miyerkules ng hapon.
Ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), isinagawa ang marijuana eradication sa Sitio Batuan sa Barangay Tungkay dakong 12:30 ng tanghali.
Nakuha sa operasyon ang mahigit-kumulang 2,500 na fully grown marijuana plants.
Samantala, nakatakas naman sa mga otoridad ang target sa operasyon na sina Norwil Cabańa at Alejandro Cabańa.
Paglabag sa Section 16, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang isasampa laban sa mga suspek.
