Magpapatupad ang pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Cavite ng development sa Sangley Point international Airport (SPIA).
Layon nito na maging “international gateway” para sa Metro Manila at Calabarzon Region at maibsan ang pagsisikip sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
