Plunder sa mag-amang Binay, inirekomenda sa partial report ng Senate Blue Ribbon subcommittee

jejomar-binayIsinumite na ng Senate Blue Ribbon subcommittee ang ‘partial committee report’ sa isinagawang imbestigasyon sa umano ay overpriced na Makati City Hall Parking Building.

Sa rekomendasyon na isinumite sa plenaryo, inirekomenda ang pagsasampa ng kasong plunder laban sa mag-amang si Vice President Jejomar Binay at dating Makati City Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr.

Ayon kay Blue Ribbon subcommittee chairman Sen. Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, nakasaad sa partial report na nagkaroon ng sabwatan para pagkakitaan ang konstruksyon ng Makati City Hall II parking building. “In this Report, the Subcommittee concluded that its investigation on the alleged overprice in the construction of Makati City Hall II Parking Building has revealed the commission of the crime of Plunder, committed through what it called a “grand conspiracy”,” ayon kay Pimentel.

Simula noong August 20, 2014, umabot na sa 25 pagdinig ang naisagawa ng komite sa nasabing alegasyon.

Maliban sa parking building, siniyasat din ng komite ang alegasyon na umanoy maanomalya din ang pagtatayo ng University of Makati Nursing building, Makati Science High School building at Makati Friendship Suites.

Samantala, tumanggi naman na magbigay ng komento sa isyu ang tagapagsalita ng mga Binay.

Ayon kay Atty. Rico Paolo Quicho hihintayin muna nila na matanggap o mabasa ang naging rekomendasyon ng komite sa mag-amang Binay, bago sila magibagay ng anomang pahayag.
