Sinunog ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ang P4 milyong halaga ng marijuana sa Balamban, Cebu Miyerkules ng hapon.
Ayon sa PDEA-Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), isinagawa ang marijuana eradication sa bahagi ng Sitio Cogon, Barangay Sunog sa Balamban bandang 3:00 ng hapon.
Nakuha sa operasyon ang mahigit-kumulang 10,000 fully grown marijuana plants.
Nakatakas naman sa mga otoridad ang suspek na si Narciso Sorila.
Si Sorila ay itinuturing na high-value target (HVT).
Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 16, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
