Si Tagle ay itinalaga ni Pope Francis sa Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples sa Vatican.
Sa mga larawan na ibinahagi ni Fr. Regie Malicdem ipinakita ang bagong opisina ni Tagle.
Si Malicdem ang private secretary ni Tagle sa Manila.
Ayon kay Malicdem, nakipagpulong na rin si Tagle sa kaniyang mga collaborator.
Ibinahagi din ni Malicdem ang maiksing pahayag ni Tagle.
Ani Tagle, nasa Vatican siya para sa bagong misyon bilang Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
Hindi umano siya nag-aral sa Roma at natutunan lamang niya ang pagsasalita ng Italian, kaya kakaiba ang paraan niya ng pagsasalita nito.
“I am the Prefect but I am not perfect. I came here as a student in order to learn from you, my masters and teachers. I bring you all the greetings and affections from Asia and especially from the Philippines and Manila. Enjoy lunch!,” ayon kay Tagle.
