Malakanyang hindi makikialam sa kasong administratibo na inihain ng IBON foundation laban kina Esperon, at Badoy

Dumistansya ang Malakaknyang sa kasong administratibo na inihain ng IBON foundation sa Office of the Ombudsman laban kina Presidential Communications Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy, AFP Major General Antonio Parlade Jr., at National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr.

Nag-ugat ang kaso dahil sa “red-tagging” o pag-aakusa ng tatlong opisyal na miyembro ng rebeldeng grupong Communist Party of the Philippines ang policy research group na IBON Foundation.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo, hahayaan lamang ng Malakanyang na umiral ang batas lalo’t may nakabinbing kaso sa Ombudsman.

Ayon may Panelo, isang independent body ang Ombudsman.

Tiyak aniyang gagawin ng Ombudsman ang tungkulin nito na usigin ang sinumang nagkakasala sa batas.

Una nang sinabi ni Badoy na nagsisilbing front lamang ng CPP ang IBON foundation para maipalaganap ang kanilang propaganda na pabagsakin ang gobyerno.
