Bureau of Customs, kinapos sa 2019 target collection
Bigo ang Bureau of Collection (BOC) na makamit ang target collection para sa taong 2019.
Base sa preliminary report ng BOC-Financial Service araw ng Martes, February 11, 2020, nakakulekta ng P630.47-B noong 2019 o 95.4 percent, mas mababa sa target na P661.04 billion.
Nakasaad rin sa nasabing report na ang P630.47-billion na kita ay mas mataas ng 6.3% kumpara noong 2018 na P593-billion lamang.
Nabatid rin na walo sa 17 collection districts ay hindi nakaabot sa minimithing kita ng ahensiya.
Nakapagtala naman ng highest target collection ang Manila International Container Port, Port of Batangas at ang Port of Manila na P164.404-billion, P152.222-billion and P74.812-billion, ayon sa pagkakasunud-sunod.
Sa kabila nito ay pinasasalamatan ni Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero ang kanyang mga opisyal at mga tauhan at katuwang na ahensiya dahil sa patuloy na suporta at kooperasyon.
