Van na ginagamit ng tanggapan ng DENR sa Cordillera, nakaalarma sa LTO at expired ang rehistro

Dinala sa impounding area ang isang van matapos maharang ng mga tauhan ng Traffic Enforcement ang Inter-Agecy Council for Traffic (I-ACT), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at Land Transportation Office – Cordillera Administrative Region (LTO-CAR) sa bahagi ng Ambuklao Road Tiptop, Baguio-Benguet.

Pinara ang van para siyasatin kung mayroong kaukulang dokumento at rehistro.

Gayunman, walang naipakitang Official Receipt (OR) at Certificate of Registration (CR) ang driver ng van kaya kinuha ng team ang chasis number nito para maipa-verify sa LTO.

Kalaunan ay natuklasan na ang rehistro ng van ay expired na noon pang 2016.

Nadiskubre din na ang nasabing sasakyan ay nakaalarma sa LTO at dati nang naharang dahil sa pagsasakay ng 61 piraso ng narra lumber sa Bokod, Benguet.

Ang naturang sasakyan ay ginagamit bilang government vehicle ng DENR-CAR.
