WATCH: Pagproseso ng prangkisa ng ABS-CBN, maari pang ituloy ng Kamara sa kabila ng quo warranto petition

Naalarma si House Deputy Speaker Johnny Pimentel sa quo warranto petition na inihain ng Office of the Solicitor General laban sa prangkisa ng ABS-CBN.
Ayon sa mambabatas, ang Kongreso lamang ang tanging may hurisdiksyon na may kaugnayan sa mga prangkisa.
Giit ni Pimentel, panghihimasok ang paghahain ng quo warranto case sa mandato ng sangay ng lehislatura.
