WATCH: Quo warranto ng OSG vs ABS-CBN, panghihimasok sa trabaho ng Kongreso
Iginiit ng ilang kongresisita na unconstitutional ang paghahain ng quo warranto petition ng Office of the Solicitor
General (OSG) laban sa prangkisa ng ABS-CBN.
Ayon kay Rep. Rufus Rodriquez, batay sa 1987 constitution, ang Kongreso lamang ang may hurisdiksyon sa sa
pagbibigay, pag-emyenda at pagbawi ng prangkisa ng TV station.
Sinabi naman ni Albay Rep. Joey Salceda na pinagmumukha silang bata ng OSG sa ginawa nitong aksyon.
Aniya, malinaw na panghihimasok ito sa kanilang trabaho sa Kongreso.
