2019-nCoV ARD, hindi pa maikokonsidera bilang airborne disease – DOH

Hindi pa maikokonsidera bilang isang airborne disease ang 2019-novel coronavirus acute respiratory disease (2019-
nCoV ARD), ayon sa Department of Health (DOH).

Sa press conference, sinabi ni Health Undersecretary Eric Domingo na patuloy pa ang isinasagawang pag-aaral ng
World Health Organization (WHO) ukol sa nasabing sakit.

Gayunman, dapat pa rin aniyang manatiling alerto ang publiko para labanan ang virus.

Matatandaang unang sinabi ng WHO na posibleng pareho ang transmission mode ng 2019-nCoV ARD sa Middle-East
Respiratory Syndrome at Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
