Mga dayuhan, pinaalalahanan na maagang maghain ng annual report

Pinaalalahanan ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang mga dayuhang nananatili sa bansa na maagang maghain ng annual report.

Ayon kay Immigration commissioner Jaime Morente, hindi maaaring i-extend ang annual reporting period hanggang sa February 29.

Hinikayat ni Morente ang mga dayuhan na iwasan ang deadline rush para hindi masabay sa dami ng tao sa mga tanggapan ng BI kasunod ng banta ng 2019-novel coronavirus acute respiratory disease (2019-nCoV ARD).

Ayon naman kay Atty. Jose Carlitos Licas, pinuno ng BI Alien Registration Division, kailangan lamang dalhin ng mga dayuhan ang kanilang pasaporte at alien certificate of registration identity card (ACR I-Card).

Mayroon aniya itong annual report fee na nagkakahalaga ng P300 at P10 na legal research fee.

“For those who are currently abroad, they shall make the report within 30 days from the date of their return to the country, provided they have valid re-entry permits,” dagdag pa ni Licas.

Sakali namang ang dayuhan ay may edad 14 taon pababa, kailangang ayusin ng kanilang magulang o guardian ang kanilang annual report.

Samantala, maaring hindi personal na pumunta sa BI offices ang mga senior citizen na may edad 65 taon at persons with disability ngunit kailangang magsumite ng Special Power of Attorney para sa kanilang representante.

Maaaring makuha ang application form, panuntunan at impormasyon hinggil sa 2019 annual report sa official website ng ahensya.
