Eliseo Rio nagbitiw bilang Usec ng DICT

Nagbitiw na sa pwesto bilang undersecretary ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) si Eliseo Rio.
May petsang January 30 ang isinumiteng resignation ni Rio kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Sa kaniyang pagbibitiw, binanggit ni Rio na karangalan para sa kaniya na pamunuan ang DICT noong panahon na naghahanap ang bansa ng third telco.
Si Rio ay nagsilbi bilang officer-in-charge sa DICT bago maitalaga ni Pangulong Duterte si dating Senador Gringo Honasan bilang DICT secretary.
