Nilabag nito ang Sections 117, 1113 at 1400 ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, Republic Act 3720 o Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, at Republic Act 10845 o Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act of 2016.
