Kawani ng PAGCOR kinasuhan dahil sa paglabag sa anti-fixing law

Ipinaaresto ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) ang isa nilang kawani dahil sa umanoy pagiging fixer.

Ayon kay PAGCOR Vice President for Corporate Communications Jimmy Bondoc, kasalukuyang isinasailalim sa inquest Proceedings ang suspek na tinawag na muna niya sa alyas na “Big Boy” sa Manila Prosecutors Office.

Mahigit tatlong buwan aniya nilang pinaimbestigahan sa NBI si Alyas Big Boy bago nila ito ipahuli sa mga otoridad.

Maliban kay alyas Big Boy may iba pa aniya iniimbestigahan ngayon ang PAGCOR.

Modus aniya nito na harangin ang mga humihingi ng medical assistance sa PAGCOR, at kapag naka-established na ng contact ay saka ibo-broker ang dokumento ng pasyante.

Paglabag sa anti-fixing law at Republic Act 6713 o code of conduct and ethical standards for public officials and employees ang reklamong isinampa ng PAGCOR laban sa suspek.
