BOC, nakasabat ng P58-M halaga ng pekeng sigarilyo

Kinumpiska ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang mga pekeng sigarilyo sa isinagawang operasyon sa Barangay 168 sa Caloocan City.

Katuwang ng BOC sa pagsisilbi ng Letter of Authority (LOA) at Mission Order (MO) na nilagdaan ni Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero ang Customs personnel, Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) at Caloocan City police.

Nagresulta ito sa pagkakasabat sa siyam na truck ng sigarilyo na nagkakahalaga ng P58,450,000.

Ang mga nasabing sigarilyo ay sinasabing katulad ng mga brand na Marvels, Fortune, D&B, Mighty at Jackpot cigarettes na pawang mabenta sa mga probinsiya.
