3 opisyal ng BuCor na dawit sa GCTA scandal, pinasisibak ng Ombudsman
Pinasisibak sa pwesto ng Office of the Ombudsnman ang tatlong opisyal ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) na dawit sa GCTA scandal.
Sa desisyon ng Ombudsman, napatunayang guilty sa kasong administratibo ang mga opisyal ng BuCor na sina Ramoncito Roque, Maria Belinda Tudor, at Veronica Bustamante Buno.
Ang tatlo ay ipinagharap ng reklamong conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service. Dismissal of service ang hatol ng ombudsman sa tatlo.
Forfeited din ang kanilang retirement benefits, kanselado ang civil service eligibility, at bawal nang humawak ng anumang pwesto sa gobyerno.
Ang GCTA scandal ay nag-ugat matapos mabunyag noon ang dapat sana ay paglaya ni dating Calauan, Laguna Mayor Antonio Sanchez.
Nang isagawa ang imbestigasyon ay natukoy na nagkakaroon ng GCTA for sale at may maling pagkwenta sa GCTA ng mga preso.
