Suspendido ang operasyon ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office sa Santiago, Isabela sa Huwebes, January 30.
Sa abiso ng DFA Office of Consular Affairs (OCA), ito ay bunsod ng pagdiriwang ng 2020 Bambanti Festival alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 06, Series of 2020 na inilabas ng Isabela Provincial Governor.
Sa mga aplikante na mayroong confirmed appointments who sa nasabing petsa, maaaring ma-accommodate ng DFA anumang araw hanggang February 28 tuwing regular office hours.
