‘The Academy’ nagbigay-pugay kay Kobe Bryant

Tinawag na ‘great artist’ ng The Academy si NBA legend Kobe Bryant.

Sa post sa Instagram ng ‘The Academy’ sinabing maraming napatunayan si Bryant sa kaniyang career.

Kabilang na dito ang pagkakapanalo niya sa Oscar na hindi inakala ng marami.

Ang short film ni Bryant na “Dear Basketball” ay nanalo bilang best animated short sa 90th Academy Awards noong 2018.

Ang nasabing short film ay isang post-retirement project ni Kobe kasama ang animator na si Glen Keane at music composer na si John Williams.

Isinalaysay doon ni Bryant ang kwento kung paano niya minahal ang basketball mula pagkabata.
