Ikalawang batch ng OFWs mula Iraq, uuwi ng Pilipinas sa January 23
Nakatakdang umuwi ng Pilipinas ang ikalawang batch ng overseas Filipino workers (OFW) mula sa Iraq.
Ito ay kasunod ng nagpapatuloy na tensyon sa Middle East bunsod ng gulo sa pagitan ng Iran at Amerika.
Sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs, sinabi ni Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Sarah Lou Arriola na lilipad pauwi ng Pilipinas ang mga OFW sa Huwebes, January 23.
Magmumula aniya ang mga OFW sa Baghdad at Erbil.
Matatandaang nakabalik ng Pilipinas ang unang batch ng mga OFW noong January 15.
Kasama rito ang 13 OFW kabilang ang dalawang menor de edad.
