Higit 19,000 bata, nabakunahan ng PH Red Cross

Umabot sa higit 19,000 na bata ang nabakunahan ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC).
Ito ay kasabay ng pagsisimula ng ikatlong round ng Polio Mass Vaccination program.
Ayon kay PRC chairman at Senator Richard Gordon, hanggang araw ng Lunes, January 20, nasa kabuuang 19,267 na bata ang nabakunahan ng PRC local chapters sa buong bansa.
Katuwang aniya rito ang Department of Health (DOH).
Sinabi pa ni Gordon na titiyakin ng PRC na makatulong para mabakunahan ang mga bata laban sa poliovirus.
