Naitalang kalidad ng hangin sa San Juan at Metro Manila hindi ligtas para sa mga mayroong respiratory illness

Hindi maganda ang kalidad ng hangin sa ilang bahagi ng Metro Manila na naitala Martes (Jan. 21) ng umaga.

Sa inilabas na Air Quality Index ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), “unhealthy for sensitive groups” ang air quality sa Mandaluyong City.

Pinayuhan ang mga residente na mayroong respiratory illness aya ng asthma na bawasan ang paglabas-labas.

Sa San Juan naman, “acutely unhealthy” ang naitalang kalidad ng hangin, kaya pinayuhan ang mga mayroong heart o respiratory illness na manatili lamang sa loob ng bahay.

“Fair” naman ang air quality index sa North Caloocan, Las Pinas City, Malabon City, Marikina City, Paranaque City at Taguig City.

“Good” naman sa South Caloocan, Navotas City, Pasig City, at Quezon City.

Sa Region 3 at 4-A, at 4-B, “fair” ang air quality index sa Meycauayan City, Bulacan; Silang, Cavite; at sa Lipa City.

Habang “good” naman sa Subic Zambales; San Ferando, Pampanga; Balangan, Bataan; at Baco, Calapan.
