Magsasagawa ng sesyon ang Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso sa probinsya ng Batangas na apektado ng pagsabog ng Bulkang Taal.
Sumang-ayon ang mga kongresista sa mosyon ni House Majority Leader Martin Romualdez.
Isasagawa ang sesyon sa Batangas City Convention Center sa Miyerkules, January 22, bandang 1:00 ng hapon.
Sa huling abiso ng Phivolcs, nananati pa rin sa Alert Level 4 ang Bulkang Taal.
