Bahagi ng kagubatan sa Atok, Benguet tinupok ng apoy

Tinupok ng apoy ang bahagi ng kagubatan sa Atok, Benguet.

Ang forest fire ay naganap sa pagitan ng Kilometer 26 at Kilometer 30 sa bayan ng Atok na ayon sa Bureau of Fire Protection ay madaling araw ng Linggo (Jan. 19) nang magsimula.

Matarik ang bahagi ng nasusunog na kagubatan kaya nahirapan ang mga bumbero sa pag-apula ng apoy.

Naging mabilis din ang pagkalat ng apoy dahil sa malakas na hangin.

Hindi naman matukoy pa ng BFP kung ano ang dahilan ng pagsiklab ng apoy.
