Ex-PNP chief Albayalde at 12 iba pa, pinakakasuhan ng DOJ ng kasong graft

Pinakakasuhan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) panel of prosecutors sin dating Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Oscar Albayalde kabilang ang 12 iba pang pulis na tinaguriang tinagurian ninja cops sa Pampanga.

Sa inilabas na resolusyon ng DOJ, nakitaan ng probable cause para magsampa ng kasong Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act laban kay Albayalde at 12 iba pa.

Paliwanag ng kagawaran, natagpuang may probable cause sa pag-impluwensiya ni Albayalde sa ibang opisyal ng gobyerno na protektahan ang mga tauhan na sangkot sa kontrobersyal na anti-drug operation taong 2013.

Kabilang din sa mga pinakakasuhan ang mga sumusunod na pulis:
– Lt. Col. Rodney Raymundo Louie Juico Baloyo IV
– Lt. Joven Bagnot De Guzman, Jr.
– Master Sgt. Jules Lacap Maniago
– Master Sgt. Donald Castro Roque
– Master Sgt. Ronald Bayas Santos
– Master Sgt. Rommel Muñoz Vital
– Master Sgt. Alcindor Mangiduyos Tinio
– Staff Sgt. Dindo Singian Dizon
– Staff Sgt. Gilbert Angeles De Vera
– Staff Sgt. Romeo Encarnacio Guerrero, Jr.
– Master Sgt. Eligio Dayos Valeroso
– Master Sgt. Dante Mercado Dizon

Nakitaan din ng paglabag si Baloyo at iba pang pulis sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act dahil sa misappropriation, misapplication o bigong pag-account ng mga nakumpiskang ilegal na droga.

Samantala, ibinasura naman ang reklamo laban kay Police Officer 2 Anthony Lacsamana dahil sa kawalan ng sapat na ebidensiya dahil lumabas na hindi kasama sa operasyon ang opisyal.
