Misteryo sa mga residente ang naging aktibidad ng Bulkang Taal.
Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Mang Jay, 46-anyos na residente ng Tagaytay City, na mas matindi ang pagsabog ng bulkan noong araw ng Linggo, January 12, kumpara noong 1965.
Nakaramdam aniya sila ng takot nang mapansin ang matinding bagsak ng abo.
