WATCH: Phivolcs nasorpresa ng pagsabog ng Taal Volcano

Inihayag ng Phivolcs na naging mabilis ang biglaang pag-alboroto ng Bulkang Taal.

Ayon kay Winchelle Sevilla, volcano research specialist ng Phivolcs, dapat ang pagtaas ng alert level sa mga volcanic

activities ay nasa pagitan ng dalawang hanggang tatlong araw.

Ngunit sa naging sitwasyon sa Taal Volcano, halos kada tatlo hanggang apat na oras ay nagtaas ng alert level ang ahensya.
